Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

  • You may cancel your order within [e.g., 12 hours] of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

After Dispatch:

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return after receiving the item (subject to our return policy).

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:

  • You canceled the order before it was shipped.
  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The item you ordered is out of stock or unavailable.
  • The item is returned in its original, unused condition (if returnable).

Note: Some products may be non-returnable or non-refundable due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 15 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment:

  • Credit/Debit Card – refunded to the same card
  • UPI/Wallets – refunded to the same account
  • Cash on Delivery – you will be asked to provide bank details for a direct transfer

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will arrange the pickup at no extra cost.
  • If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe:

  • Double-check your bank or payment account.
  • Contact your bank/credit card provider; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
